So my buddies and I figured that we could finally park for free at The Lakes, tailgate, and watch the Birds from the friendly confines of our favorite recreational vehicle! But noooooooo Jim Kenney put a kabash to that too, you crumb! Chances are Kenney has yet to have ever been to a tailgate before an Eagles game in his life! Right now…. we’re pissed!
