Could we be so weak there or is Howie going to pick up a veteran at cut day in August? Does Jim Schwartz only use big hitting Safeties and slot cover guys to play like LBs in his defense? That answer is yes. The Birds could use these serviceable LBs, but wouldn’t you feel better with Bradham, Grugier-Hill and a Jordan Hicks LB Corp? Speed rules the NFL these days. Your DL needs to stop the run with little secondary help but the safety position. Let’s hope so… 🦅🦅🦅
