Bryce Harper will be the highest paid player currently in baseball if he signs today at $330,000,000. He runs past Manny Machado at 10/300 and Giancarlo Stanton at 10/325. Honestly, I’d rather have Stanton in Philly. He’s a NL HR Hitter. I know stats and other experts say there is no such thing. But transitions across the league shows how important the DH is to R/R & L/L matchups in the AL and the slow curve still lives in the AL.
Look for Harper to sign today, Monday 2/25, sometime in the afternoon.
