The Roman Catholic Church prohibits homosexuality. No gay priests, No gay marriages, No priest marriages. Protestants say that child sexual abuse would be stopped if Catholic Priests were allowed to marry. After seeing the horrid child sexual abuse in New Jersey’s Protestant Clergy, that’s simple not true. The N.Y. Times has an in-depth study with gay priests. It is engrossing to read. However, if you are gay, The Roman Catholic Church loves you, but hates your sin. So does God and Jesus Christ. But your career in the Catholic Clergey seems to be in conflict with your lifestyle.
