In a positive move towards reconciliation in the Roman Catholic Church of the worst scandal since the Borgias, Pope Francis defrocked the child sex abusing Cardinal Theodore McCarrick. McCarrick, like so many other priests, preyed upon children in need of guidance and mentors. May God truly reign his perfect justice upon them all. But, for now, Pope Francis begins the clean up within The Vatican.
